Each item is custom-made specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while respecting the uniqueness of every order.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be refunded if they have not yet been processed.
    Once an item has entered production, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it may only be eligible for an exchange, depending on the situation.

🛠️ Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll evaluate it on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The reason must fall under our exchange policy (e.g. incorrect item, production defect, damaged in transit).

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🛑 Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Any correctly produced personalized item without damage or defects


💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

If a cancellation request is received before processing begins:

  • You’ll be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary

If you've done all of this and still haven’t received the refund, please reach out to customer service.

To request an exchange, please contact customer service before sending any item back.

  • Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or unconfirmed return shipments.
