Each item is custom-made specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while respecting the uniqueness of every order.
🔁 Returns & Cancellations

Orders can only be refunded if they have not yet been processed.
Once an item has entered production, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible. -
If your order has already been shipped, it may only be eligible for an exchange, depending on the situation.
🛠️ Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll evaluate it on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The reason must fall under our exchange policy (e.g. incorrect item, production defect, damaged in transit).

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If a cancellation request is received before processing begins:

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or unconfirmed return shipments.
